Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days. This timeline requires you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return, the merchandise must remain in the original condition received. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, and contained in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, our team will send a return shipping label. We will also provide instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without a prior return request will be rejected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact our team immediately if the merchandise is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue to correct the situation.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain product types cannot be returned. This includes custom products such as special orders or personalized items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item. Gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest path to secure a preferred item is to return the current merchandise. Once the return is accepted, please place a separate purchase for the new item.

When orders ship into the European Union, customers possess the legal right to cancel or withdraw from the contract within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

For EU customers, sale items are fully eligible for this mandatory 14 day withdrawal period under European Union consumer law.

Refunds

Our team will notify you upon receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise. This notification will state the approval status of the refund. If approved, the system automatically processes the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banking institutions or credit card companies often require additional time to process and post transactions.
