Snap belt skirt - Navy plaid

A wide, navy blue belt that laces up like a corset in the front (complete with little silver studs) and attached to it is a short, pleated mini skirt in a classic grey plaid. Because the front is open, you're meant to layer it over things like shorts, leggings, or even another skirt.
